Having worked with leaders and teams around the world, Rachel has helped them successfully thrive in complex business environments. She pulls from her Masters in Organization Development (OD) from the University of San Francisco, her Masters in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and over 20 years’ experience focused on people development and coaching.
