Most Popular Topics:

Healing The Human Brain –
It is so obvious that it evades us…

Everything you are and everything you do is controlled by the human brain!

Your brain …

  • Controls how you relate to other people.
  • What kind of employee and leader you will be.
  • How hypersensitive you are to mere slights.
  • How well you control your temper.
  • How well you address and resolve conflict.

Having a healthy brain is key to your happiness and building a “safe” work environment. That is why we all must have brains that are as healthy as we can get them!

Unfortunately, most of the people you know suffer from mental impairments, and most are not getting better. But there is hope! Yes … you really can REWIRE and REPAIR your brain from various mental disorders. There is simply no other program like this!

Living The Five Skills of Tolerance

This is Scott’s second #1 best-selling book where he takes a fresh and practical look at Diversity and Tolerance that:

  • Looks at the faults all humans share without alienating or blaming any single group of people,
  • Looks at the biases and prejudices all humans possess … and what we all need to do to rewire our brains and…
  • Focuses on how we must behave (“Tolerance”) rather than telling people what to believe (“Acceptance”), which is really offensive to many people.

No … This is not your TRADITIONAL Diversity/Tolerance Program!

What Are These Five Skills of Tolerance?

  1. Emotional Intelligence Is Required!
  2. Overcome Your Subconscious Brain & Resolve Conflict (EPR).
  3. Identify & Stop Bullying.
  4. Understanding Real Differences vs. Stereotypes.
  5. Don’t Be An Enabler!

Resolving Conflict in the Real World – This is the one that started it all!

This is Scott’s first book and first #1 best-seller, Solve Employee Problems Before They Start:  Resolving Conflict in the Real World. Scott explains Emotional Intelligence in GREAT and neurology dominates our ability to control our emotions and ego.  Scott then shows you EXACTLY how to resolve conflict with his EPR system, which stands for Empathic Listening, Parroting & “Rewards”.

The formula is simple: If you can control yourself, which is Emotional Intelligence, you can learn and master EPR skills to resolve any conflict in any situation — and build durable trust with others, in your personal life, and throughout your organization.

This is the only way to build a “SAFE” environment, which is the very definition of TRUST. Emotional Intelligence & EPR are the two most critical skills that run through all of Scott’s books.

Scott’s knowledge of how the brain functions and how to keep it healthy like we do the rest of our body was impressive. He is an excellent and entertaining speaker.”

“Scott Warrick is a masterful and dynamic speaker! My group, the Miami Valley Chapter of MGMA (MVMGMA), was fortunate to have Scott lead us in a session on “Working More Efficiently Through Proper Delegation & Goal Setting.” Scott mixes in humor along with a wealth of knowledge in human resources. He has a way of encouraging audience participation that only added to the fabulous presentation. MVMGMA members walked away with many pearls of wisdom to take back to their offices. I highly recommend Scott to any group looking for help in the human resources arena!”
